Internet Marketing is really a catch all phrase for a lot activities related to promoting a business online.

To keep a site fresh and moving forward we'd recommend as a minimum on a monthly basis to update 4 or more pages, either adding to existing pages, adding new pages or updating and improving existing Title and Description tags. Generate 3 or 4 links from blogs within posts of about 100-150 characters. And lastly add a bookmark at either Digg, Propeller, Mixx or Reddit and an Article (350-450 characters) to an established Article directory.
